Team Entry

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR BLACKSBURG BATTLES CANCER GOLF TOURNAMENT ON SEPTEMBER 23 IS CURRENTLY FULL WITH 36 FOURSOMES.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM,  YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST AND BE NOTIFIED IF A TEAM SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Consider entering a team into the golf tournament to be held on September 23. Entries are only $150 per person or $600 per team and golf, cart, lunch, dinner, mulligans, and beverage tickets.

Hole Sponsorships

Consider sponsoring a hole for the golf tournament. Many individuals sponsor holes in memory of those lost to cancer, or in honor of those currently battling cancer and cancer survivors.

This is also a great way for businesses in the community to support Blacksburg Battles Cancer. Each sponsorship is 100% tax deductible and goes directly to this year's beneficiaries. Hole sponsorships are available for $125.
